1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using juanvue (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
juanvue is a gamification layer for Fanvue creators. It listens to Fanvue webhook events, awards in-app credits to fans based on their interactions, and automates slash-command replies inside the creator's existing Fanvue DM threads. juanvue does not replace Fanvue's own messaging product — it sits alongside it.
3. Account & Authentication
You access juanvue by authenticating with your Fanvue account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Fanvue credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) send unsolicited bulk messages or spam; (d) impersonate any person or entity; or (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service. You are solely responsible for the content of replies you configure and the rewards you offer to fans.
5. Fanvue Integration
juanvue uses official Fanvue APIs and webhooks. Your use of the Service is also subject to Fanvue's Terms of Service. If Fanvue changes, restricts, or removes API access, juanvue may modify or discontinue affected features without notice. juanvue is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Fanvue.
6. Subscription & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. By starting a paid plan you authorize us to charge the payment method on file each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive — including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limits of liability.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the Service is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will juanvue, its affiliates, or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes we will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
